Associate Field Service Representative

Summary:
As the Associate Field Service Representative, you will perform independent and/or supervised on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and providing both phone and on-site customer support. Also, verifying and approving the operational quality of Stryker systems and equipment.
What You Will Do:
- Repair, maintain and operate Stryker robotic systems and instrumentation.
- Serve as company liaison with external customers on administrative and technical matters; ensure customer satisfaction therefore facilitating renewals of existing SAs.
- Partner with Account Executives and MPS team members to actively identify potential sales leads.
- Manage and control field inventory, tools, test equipment, technical documentation and other assigned equipment.
- Independently and proactively schedule and perform required preventive maintenance visits and engineering updates (ECN’s).
- Travel and assist in other Field Service territories.
- Prepare and submit applicable field service documentation in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
- Instruct and train customers on technical operation and maintenance of equipment, software and hardware upgrades/updates, installation and maintenance of equipment at conventions, road shows, and cadaver labs or seminars.
What You Need:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience
Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering
- Previous experience as a technical field service professional or in a relevant capacity
$28.01 – $38.75/hr., plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
