Job Description
The Associate Director, Leadership Development is part of the Global Talent Management Center Of Excellence and drives leadership development activities across the organization globally. Specifically focused on the design of solutions to fulfill the leadership development strategy and enable the achievement of business results. The role leads the realization of the Leadership Development strategy through consultation and collaboration on designated development solutions. The role interacts with and influences leaders across levels to understand business goals and performance needs; developing solutions aligned to the broader organizational business strategy, and routinely engages stakeholders to ensure development solutions continue to support and positively drive desired outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set the Vision, Create the Strategy, and Design Solutions for Leadership Development
Lead the design and development of solutions for the evolving Leadership Development strategy. Ensure the vision of leadership as a differentiator is being realized through the design and creation of strategic world-class solutions for Coaching and Teaming. Take a leadership role among peers across Human Resources, Operations, Organizational Readiness, and Global Learning & Development functions to ensure all areas are aligned on strategy and fulfilling the design elements to enable realization of the strategic intent of each solution. As business needs evolve this role will also be responsible for additional prioritized solutions within the space of Leadership Development (yet to be determined).
Responsibilities include:
Define the strategy and vision for specific areas of focus within the leadership development strategy
Lead the design of solutions aligned to strategy and ensure relevant outcomes based on business needs
Collaborate and consult as subject matter expert bringing thought leadership in partnering across the organization; Identify and understand leadership development gaps and opportunities, bring the “voice of the customer” into the design and build of solutions; partner with global stakeholders to design localization of solutions
Bring an outside-in perspective and “next practice” solutions, development related tools, techniques, strategies and practices to provide relevant, informed consultative advice to clients, and share leading leadership development practices with team and stakeholders
Partner with internal teams assigned to support the functional, operational, administrative and logistical elements of solutions, including Global Talent Management, Global Learning & Development, Human Resources Operations, Organizational Read, Procurement and external vendors to ensure strategic alignment in the launch and delivery of solutions to the business
Interpret and discuss feedback with stakeholders, monitoring measurement and impact to ensure full realization of desired business outcomes; design enhancements for greater effectiveness
Work in partnership with Workforce Analytics to monitor, analyze, and interpret internal trends
Lead ongoing efforts to keep solution design current and relevant; ensure ongoing alignment to our company's leadership development strategy
Manage budget and vendor relationships related to solutions
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

External Orientation: Apply external best practices in area of responsibility. Models continuous learning and learning agility for team and clients.
Works well with ambiguity and is able to navigate a highly matrixed and complex organizational structure; Experience managing and leading complex global programs
Required:
Bachelor’s degree required with 8 years of related experience
Preferred:
Experience in HR, talent/leadership development, DEI, leadership coaching (Coaching Certification, ICF ACC or higher), team effectiveness design and consultation
Program management, program design, program facilitation
Experience with external vendor management, procurement and budget related processes

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
$122,800.00 - $193,300.00Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long term incentive if applicable, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days. A summary of benefits is listed here.
