What You Will Do​

  • Collaborate closely with the Pricing Director and leadership team to drive strategic decision-making, ensuring successful program execution and the development of new business strategies.
  • Provide expert compliance guidance on complex matters, ensuring all proposals adhere to full FAR regulations.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages growth, innovation, and professional development.
  • Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, offering strategic guidance and support in crafting and executing their career development plans.
  • Oversee and support internal and external audits, ensuring thorough preparation and compliance.
  • Respond to ad-hoc FP&A requests and deliver insightful analysis to support business decisions.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% 

​Qualifications You Must Have 

  • Experience in leading and/or mentoring a team
  • Expertise knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation) regulations
  • Experience in proposal development and negotiation
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
  • Active and transferable Top Secret Clearance is required prior to start date ​
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance ​​

Qualifications We Prefer​

  • Experience in working with Government accounting & proposals
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including extensive experience in Excel 
  • Experience with ProPricer & SAP

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
