 Are you passionate about the Medicare population and looking for a role in healthcare leadership with a focus on working with the brokerage channel? If so, we are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team. As an Associate Director, Partner Channel Inside Sales, you will support Humana’s production goals by leading and guiding the Broker Relationship Executives and overseeing agent and external customer relationships. You will also provide strategic and tactical guidance and performance direction to ensure all sales goals are met or exceeded.

The Associate Director, Partner Channel is tasked with achieving regional sales targets by leading a team of 13-17 Broker Relationship Executives (BREs). This role involves both the cultivation of new agent relationships and the enhancement of existing ones to meet sales goals. Working in close collaboration with Regional Sales Directors and Broker Relationship Managers assigned to their region, the Associate Director plays a pivotal role in driving external sales and growth, both regionally and nationally. This is achieved through effective management and assessment of BRE activities, providing coaching where necessary, and developing a national strategy in collaboration with other BRE Associate Directors. Additionally, the Associate Director manages resources to achieve not only sales and growth results but also operational goals, which include clinical engagement, bid planning, retention, provider engagement, and Humana Pharmacy utilization. Budgetary resources are also under the purview of this role. Furthermore, the development of external market and national engagement and sales strategies are coordinated with BRMs, the BRE team, managers, and the operations team. The role also involves identifying opportunities for strategic and/or process improvements, leading and/or participating in cross-functional teams to enhance processes and strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Health and Life insurance licenses

  • 6 or more years of sales and/or account management experience

  • 2 or more years of management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal or relationship building skills
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ideal applicant would be located in FL
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
