Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location.  The anticipated wage for this position is

$122,250 - $179,300

Position Overview

The Customer Experience Hub is a group of teams who are passionate about understanding and meeting our customers evolving needs within the complex healthcare ecosystem. The hub focuses on developing long-term holistic experiences that are seamless, frictionless, and personalized. The goal is to deliver remarkable, data-driven, end-to-end experiences across a myriad of touchpoints to drive positive outcomes.

The ability to connect with customers continues to grow and become more complex by the day. To keep pace and lead, Lilly is redefining and setting new standards for better experiences and outcomes. It is important to look towards new and innovative ways to meet our customers. The individual will explore adopt, and institutionalize new ways of working. They will be responsible for inspiring change by continuing to build capabilities, regularly acquiring approval on new processes, and elevating the company’s expertise as it relates to the evolving consumer landscape. To motivate change, they will need to maintain an external perspective by attending conferences and key industry events. This position will work closely cross functional groups to develop and operationalize these processes. Additionally, they need to influence many different collaborators throughout the company. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Consumer Strategy, Operations & Partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Influence key customers around the organization to adopt new ways of working and new technologies.
  • Find opportunities and establish capabilities and processes that eliminate consumer struggles and drive a best-in-class experience.
  • Support transformation change management by leading enterprise workstreams across teams.
  • Work closely with external agency partners and internal cross functional partners including Privacy, IT, Analytics, Legal and Regulatory on operational topics such as Consumer Privacy, Data Partners, Third Party Agreements, Media Guidelines, Audiences, Tagging, Trafficking and Creative Taxonomy.
  • Partner closely with Advanced Analytics and Market Research teams on frameworks, metrics, learning agendas, and the operationalizing deliverables.
  • Run marketing relationship with media/marketing technologies and tools (i.e., Ad Servers, Data Connectivity Partners, Measurement Solutions, Brand Safety). Evaluate these relationships on an ongoing basis.
  • Stay abreast of the latest consumer’s trends through attending industry events and driving partnerships with industry players like Google and Facebook.
  • Shape and lead the internal learning agenda including weekly internal connects, internal conferences and monthly marketing transformation meetings. The goal is to bring in external and internal visionaries to share ideas and findings to marketers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of five years of digital marketing experience
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.

Additional Preferences:

  • Agency and/or pharma experience is a plus
  • Understanding of marketing technology, tools, and platforms
  • Requires knowledge emerging media platforms and technologies
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to translate new and complex approaches with those less familiar with digital.
  • Strong learning agility and be able to solve complex problems and recommend enterprise solutions
  •  Collaborative in nature
  • Ability to handle complex projects with multiple team members
  • Record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
