This role is remote-friendly.

The Associate Director, Analytics leads the development of data driven solutions for clients – including report automation, analysis, and insight – with the objective of optimizing the performance of brand-focused and above-the-line media initiatives. The Associate Director works together with a Director to manage data and insight delivery processes, drive innovation, and ensure all around team success.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Media Measurement:
    • Develop and oversee end-to-end media measurement strategies, aligning them with client goals.
    • Implement comprehensive solutions to assess campaign performance, including brand lift studies and cross channel attribution methodologies.
    • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize media investment across traditional and digital channels
  • Client Leadership:
    • You will be an analytics lead for 2 clients, building client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with analytics deliverables.
    • Partner with client teams to develop clear frameworks for campaign success, in-flight optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
    • Present insights and recommendations to clients in an impactful manner.
  • Collaboration and Team Development:
    • You will work with our teams, including media planning, account management, and data engineering, to ensure cohesive integration of analytics into broader strategies.
    • Mentor junior analytics team members, encouraging a culture of innovation and learning.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting:
    • Use data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms to create clear, visually compelling dashboards and presentations.
    • Ensure high-quality data analysis and reporting that supports decision-making and aligns with client goals.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and methodologies to improve measurement capabilities.
    • Manage complex projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
    • You will report to Senior Director, Analytics.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in media analytics, with a focus on measurement strategies, attribution methodologies, and brand lift studies.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and experience communicating technical insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with traditional and digital media channels and their impact on results.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work within matrixed organizations.
  • Experience with holistic media measurement and a baseline understanding of web analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.

The annual salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
