Associate Clinical Territory Manager – 12-18 month contract in Quebec / Ontario
Position Spotlight:
- Must be a Clinical Audiologist with previous experience in clinical and/or surgical setting
- Sell, develop, and demonstrate knowledge of Cochlear as a brand along with Cochlear’s product portfolio
- Ability to present and collaborate with both field and corporate teams
- Travel up to 50-60% of the time
- Successful candidate will live in Montreal or Toronto
- Must be bilingual in French/English, written and spoken

About the role
In order to help Cochlear to support cochlear implant clinics we are recruiting for an Associate Clinical Territory Manager in Quebec or Ontario. The candidate who is successful will live in either province, and be able to cover assigned clinics in those areas.
This is a contract opportunity for 12-18 months, covering a maternity leave.
To be successful in this role, you have demonstrated your desire and commitment to learn new things in your Audiology (masters) program and are looking for a career opportunity that will build on your learning to date. In this sales role, you will demonstrate exceptional learning agility as you learn about our business and our products. You will build in-depth CI and Baha clinical, surgical and product expertise as well as business and sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Cochlear’s product portfolio
- Effectively sell and position Cochlear product features and brand benefits
- Develop and demonstrate business acumen aligned with territory business plan and strategy
- Successfully execute territory business plan assignments with professional and customer partners
Key Requirements
To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:
- Masters in Audiology or Au.D degree; prior clinical and/or surgical experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a role where you have demonstrated business or sales acumen strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel as needed for territory coverage, and/or to other locations as required while training
- Demonstrated prioritization and organization skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain close and collaborative communication with field and corporate teams
- Highly effective presentation skills
- Travel is required at 50%-60%

Afin d’aider Cochlear à soutenir les cliniques d’implants cochléaires, nous recrutons un Gestionnaire Clinique Associé du Territoire au Québec ou en Ontario. Le candidat retenu résidera dans l’une de ces provinces et couvrira les cliniques assignées dans ces régions.
Il s’agit d’une opportunité contractuelle de 12 à 18 mois, en remplacement d’un congé de maternité.
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous avez démontré votre engagement à apprendre et à vous perfectionner dans votre programme de maîtrise en audiologie. Vous recherchez une opportunité de carrière qui vous permettra de développer vos compétences en affaires et en vente tout en approfondissant vos connaissances des implants cochléaires (CI) et des systèmes Baha, tant sur le plan clinique que chirurgical.

Vendre et positionner efficacement les caractéristiques des produits Cochlear ainsi que les avantages de la marque
Développer et démontrer un sens des affaires aligné avec le plan et la stratégie du territoire
Exécuter avec succès les missions du plan commercial en collaboration avec des partenaires professionnels et clients

Pour contribuer efficacement à Cochlear dans ce rôle, vous devez démontrer les compétences et qualifications suivantes :
Maîtrise en audiologie ou diplôme Au.D ; expérience clinique et/ou chirurgicale préalable fortement souhaitée
Expérience antérieure dans un rôle démontrant des compétences en affaires ou en ventes fortement souhaitée
Volonté de voyager au besoin pour couvrir le territoire ou pour se rendre à d'autres endroits durant la formation
Capacité démontrée à gérer les priorités et à organiser son travail efficacement
Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles pour maintenir une collaboration étroite avec les équipes de terrain et les équipes corporatives

Déplacements requis à hauteur de 50-60%
