As our Assocaite of Client Delivery, Back-End Revenue Cycle Management you must be able to manage all phases of the implementation process. Schedule and facilitate regular status meetings with client, business partners and vendors as well as facilitate information to keep teams well informed of changes, of client requests, within the organization and other related issues. Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations. Every day you will present results of improvement efforts and ongoing performance measures of processes within the organization to all levels of management. To thrive in this role, you must have experience working on the back end of RCM, particularly in the area of self-pay operations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience working in the back end of RCM
- 2+ years' experience working in self-pay operations
- 2+ years' experience presenting to clients
