The Team
The Arity People Team plays a key role in making Arity a great place to work for every employee. We work hand in hand with stakeholders and leaders from across the company to develop recruiting strategies, enable employee development and promote employee engagement and retention. We take an employee and data-centered approach to develop, implement, and iterate on talent programs that support our company strategy and enable the success our teams.

The Role
The Arity People Partner, Sr. Consultant I will contribute to a variety of people and culture programs in collaboration and consultation with partners across the Arity organization. The People Partner will provide strategic and logistical support for Arity’s recruiting, new employee onboarding, learning, recognition and internship programs. Additionally, the People Partner provides consultation to Arity managers and leaders on various talent strategies and issues such as performance management, employee development, employee engagement, and organizational design.

The People Partner will partner closely with the Arity Culture, Communications, and Marketing teams, but will support or drive work that impacts all departments at Arity. This individual will also work closely with Allstate HR teams, such as Allstate Talent Acquisition, leveraging the support and power of a Fortune 100 company.

  • Execute strategy to recruit talent to Arity.  This includes assisting with job posting and interview design, recruitment marketing and candidate sourcing. 

  • Responsible for managing new employee onboarding for US employees.  This includes communicating with incoming new hires, preparing managers, and hosting various onboarding sessions, as well as the continuous improvement of our remote onboarding program.

  • Assists in executing our yearly summer internship program, including coordinating intern onboarding and offboarding, intern events, etc.

  • Provides logistical support for Arity’s learning and recognition programs.  This will include creating employee communications and coordination of program stakeholders.

  • Produces reporting and provides data and metrics to Arity leaders as needed.

  • Ensures the organization is supported through talent management processes and changes by contributing to strategic communications and training plans to implement talent management processes/phases, as well as providing consultation to Arity managers.

  • Ensures that Corporate HR priorities are communicated effectively to and implemented by Arity employees.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of experience in an HR role - such as talent acquisition or talent and performance management - with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility with a successful track record of effectively solving business challenges

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills – ability to self-manage numerous tasks and processes with a high degree of quality and efficiency.

  • Critical thinking skills – ability to assess effectiveness of programs and strategies and iterate as needed.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Forms)

  • Intermediate Internal Consulting - Develops collaborative consulting relationships that maximize the achievement of the business outcomes, stakeholder commitment and long-term sustainability.

  • Communication & Collaboration - Works effectively across boundaries to promote two-way communication and has intermediate communication skills - written & verbal. Advanced presentation skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational psychology, or related business degree

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $66,800.00 - 120,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
