We are seeking a skilled Annuities Operations Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and high-quality customer service within our Life Insurance and annuities department.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Research and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Interface with team members, management, and customers regarding service issues.
  • Review client reports regularly to ensure data integrity and submit reports to management.
  • Recommend and implement modifications to procedures and workflows to enhance transaction processing efficiency.
  • Monitor daily transactions to ensure compliance with policies and service level agreements.
  • Support department initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and problem-solving.
  • Provide project and change request support for operations and PHS.
  • Build and maintain relationships with other departments.
  • Accurately identify root causes of issues and maintain relevant databases.
  • Investigate customer complaints and fraud concerns and respond appropriately.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in business operations and process transactions.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to establish priorities, maintain accurate records, and follow established procedures.
  • A continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and technology.

Other Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with business process transactions for Life Insurance and Annuities is a plus.
  • FINRA Series 6 certification is a plus.

Work Environment

  • Remote work within the United States of America.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 CST.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $35,000 - $65,000.
