The Analyst, Sales Strategy & Analytics is an integral role on the Revenue Operations team and a strategic business partner to our Sales organization. S/he is responsible for automating reporting and processes as well as driving operational strategy across sales, marketing and post-sales team segments at ServiceTitan. The individual has a well-rounded background in analytics and experience performing strategic and operational work. S/he will be able to quickly jump in and take ownership of analytics, operations and key strategic initiatives/their outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the sales the effectiveness of team efforts

  • Discover root causes of performance by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources, including digital analytics platforms and CRM systems

  • Drive day to day sales and marketing operations through owning various processes that ensure data quality and accuracy across the CRM and team books of business

  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including ops, marketing, sales and finance to understand business objectives and support data-driven decision-making

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports

  • Automate recurring reporting for operational efficiency 

What you'll bring:

  • 2-3+ years of experience working within a Revenue or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS organization (high growth startup preferred)

  • Proven track record of using analytics to drive results and deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales ,Marketing and Finance

  • Expert in analyzing large data sets using SQL, BI (Tableau) tools and Gsheets/Excel

  • Detail-oriented with strong storytelling skills

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and understanding of data flows between the marketing tech stack (Marketo, Lean Data, ChiliPiper, Drift etc)
