Analyst - Retail Compliance Systems & Forms Support

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
Principal Purpose of Position:
- Work directly with internal customers (dealerships) to resolve system and form related issues and requests.
- Work with system support providers to carry out requests and occasionally troubleshoot technical issues.
- Document customer requests in an organized manner to ensure proper follow up and resolution.
- Manage and continuously maintain form libraries in the dealership Sales and F&I systems.
- Implement form changes as needed in response to regulatory, policy, or procedural changes.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Sales and F&I systems, finance source portals, and associated systems, in each case as used by dealership personnel.
- Work to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness in dealership processes as they relate to dealership systems.
- Collaborate with Compliance Department and other Central Services personnel to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services for internal customers.
Education and/or Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Relevant Work Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in a help desk or similar customer service / technical support role is recommended.
- Knowledge of company supported systems, including CDK, DealerTrack, RouteOne, Roadster, DealerSocket, Darwin, CUDL
- Familiarity with the automotive industry, Sales and F&I operations, Accounting, and the interaction of dealership systems

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $53,830.00 - $78,055.00 USD annually for full time employees.
