The Americas Bioprocess Commercial DBS leader is responsible for leading, promoting and facilitating the successful implementation of the Danaher Business System (DBS) at Cytiva Bioprocess in Americas, allowing those businesses to meet their Policy Deployment (PD), Core Value Driver (CVD) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets, by partnering with the Bioprocess Commercial L2 Leader, Bioprocess Marketing L2 Leader and Business Unit VP/GMs to architect and enable thoughtful deployment of DBS tools within the regional Commercial, Marketing and Business Unit leadership teams to ensure the organization accelerates growth and drives sustainable results.

This position reports to the Global Bioprocess Commercial DBS leader and is part of the Bioprocess Commercial organization and will be fully remote.

What you will do:

  • Architect results through the thoughtful deployment of the DBS Commercial Engines and HVC, Commercial Playbook, SCR and DBS tools (i.e., Transformative Marketing, Go To Market, Funnel Management, Growth Room, etc.) regionally.
  • Use the 8 signs of leading with DBS to drive tangible improvement in CVD/KPIs across the regional Commercial leadership (Sales, Marketing, Business Units) aligned with the Bioprocess Commercial strategy and priorities.
  • Ensure impactful commercial kaizen events regionally by installing and ensuring compliance to the kaizen process, including planning of kaizen events with a funnel review process tied to PD, CVDs and KPIs, kaizen event execution and sustainment of kaizens.
