Job Description:

DTN is seeking a Commercial Lead to drive the success of our Sustainability product segment. In this individual contributor role, you will oversee the execution of strategic and business objectives across the Product and Commercial teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve revenue growth and profitability. You will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies, managing program scope, mitigating risks, and building strong relationships with key customers.

As the owner of the Sustainability segment P&L, you’ll track performance, identify growth opportunities, and adapt to market trends. Your cross-functional leadership will ensure smooth operations and a cohesive go-to-market (GTM) strategy, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Drive the execution of program, ensuring strategic and business objectives are met, across Product and Commercial teams. 

  • Work together with Commercial and Product leaders to align roadmap to commercial opportunities; manage the overall scope, quality and risk of the program, resolving issues and mitigating risks. 

  • Collaborates with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing and other teams to define the GTM approach.

  • Provide cross-functional leadership – both day-to-day and long-term strategy - within the Sustainability product segment to optimize segment revenue and profitability. 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve market penetration, revenue growth and profitability goals, aligning with company objectives. 

  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs so to develop products and experiences to maintain loyalty and drive repeat business. 

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business unit to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments. 

  • Identify new market opportunities, develop growth strategies, and lead initiatives to expand the business. 

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, identifying potential risks and opportunities. 

  • Provide guidance and support to team members across the organization, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
