Annual Base Salary starting at CAD $51,000 with earning potential up to 30% bonuses.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in sales and/or digital marketing with a proven record of driving revenue while managing a pipeline of both leads and opportunities.
- Strong negotiation skills, have the ability to consultatively sell, present effectively, overcome objections, and close the deal.
- Knows how to prepare or, deliver effective meetings, and craft an impactful sales rationale using data and research.
- Knows how a marketing/digital agency works, buys and sells.
- Flawless written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to work on your book of business (several opportunities at the same time) and prioritize.
- (Nice to have) Experience in Salesforce (or other CRM) and G Suite (Gsheets, Glides, Outreach)
- (Nice to have) Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales, Advertising, Business and or equitable experience with digital marketing and ad sale, ideally at a marketing agency.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in Spotify Advenising's value proposition and how clients and agencies buy online ads.
- Conveys Spotify’s unique positioning, the value of our audiences and the relevance of digital audio advertising. Handles customer objections smoothly.
- Be the main point of contact to the Spotify’s for new advertising prospects and customers, from answering ad-hoc questions related to our set service platform to maximizing product diversity adoption.
- Create and convent opportunities to close deals in the deal cycle using Spotify tools, sales materials, content, techniques, and methodologies.
- Manage and prioritize your book on business (opportunities}
- Proactively manage campaign optimization related to targeting, objective and overall performance. Provides recommendations with the goal of upselling and increasing retention.
- Educate agencies and brands on both Spotify and Spotify Advertising's value proposition, news, benchmarks, and best practices.
- Consult with and be a trusted advisor to Spotify clients on their branding and direct response objectives providing them with onboarding services and optimization strategies, including troubleshooting issues,upsells, and selling through new product features.
- Partner closely with the Account managers to provide clear and smooth client handovers.
