Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to management and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Listen to call center recordings, rename recordings, and file appropriately.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure easy access to records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Order office supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Continuously improve administrative processes to enhance productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $39,000 – $50,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
