The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Team:

This individual will be an Active directory engineer working with various vendors and stakeholders to help maintain enterprise wide solutions. This role is responsible for supporting the management, patching, support, maintenance, and recovery of multiple Active Directory domains, Azure cloud environments, and the tools supporting them. Further responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, documenting processes and procedures, and participating in program / project calls.

What You Will do

  • Installation, customization, configuration, and support of Active Directory support and governance tools
  • Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts
  • Participate in projects that require IAM team involvement
  • Identify and communicate risks and issues and provide recommendations on potential fixes
  • Oversee production releases
  • Provide reporting to internal and external audit as required
  • Support and ensure daily processes are in place to maintain an efficient platform
  • Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards
  • Participate in production support via incident tickets

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field discipline. Please upload unofficial transcript with your application.
  • 1+ years of experience in Azure Cloud Identity.
  • 1+ years of Active Directory experience
  • 1+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience in participating in IAM operations
  • Powershell Experience and active directory background
  • Good understanding of IAM principles.
  • Familiarity with capturing server memory dumps
  • Familiarity with capturing and analyzing network packet captures
  • Experience with using Splunk for log analysis

Location: This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
