As an Account Representative, you’ll work on multiple accounts as part of a larger broker team and assists in handling day-to-day client inquiries.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Be responsible for supporting book of business and account team efforts of developing relationships with clients and carriers
  • Begin more frequent interaction with clients, responding to daily client inquiries and requests
  • Analyze client information and help clients understand, manage and transfer risk from Account Managers
  • Learn how to manage a book of business from Account Managers
  • Respond and follow-up to clients and carriers for routine requests
  • Prepare materials for client proposals and presentations • Supports account team in executing on account management and renewal tasks

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of related insurance brokerage experience
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • High school diploma. College degree desired
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
    • Broker’s license required to be obtained during onboarding period

More About Us:

 

Compensation: Anticipated salary between $51,000.00-$85,000.00. Salary offered will be dependent upon geography, experience, and expertise of the candidate. 

This position is eligible to participate in an incentive program to earn additional compensation with a target equivalent to 8% of salary annually, based on individual and Company performance.
