We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill an Account Management Supervisor I position within the Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) and Leveraged Loan team within Specialized Asset Services (SAS). You will be focused on developing and maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships within the CLO businesses while hiring and leading a team of Analysts to resolve operational issues, to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, and to ensure compliance with all internal operational guidelines and procedures. You will also be involved in the other facets of the Alternative Commercial Transaction business as well, including oversight of the onboarding of new business, leading and participating in efficiency projects, and providing production oversight (as needed) for the CLO products.

Some of your key responsibilities may include:

  • Ensuring that service and productivity standards and goals are met timely
  • Monitoring and recording performance standards and departmental reports for items requiring attention or action
