OVERVIEW:

The Account Manager is responsible for optimizing new and existing customer workflow and penetration of RxSight products prior to, during, and after the initial onboarding processes. This position will work as a trusted advisor with RxSight Customers during, and after onboarding activities to lead patient education, clinic flow, and ensuring referring OD networks are optimized for RxSight Technology. Position will work within the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) as well as Customer Clinics to ensure proper education is disseminated and clearly understood by all customer staff. Position will identify and work with other qualified candidates within the Surgery Center and Customer’s Clinic that are not currently utilizing the RxSight Technology to assist with the adoption of RxSight Technology. Position will facilitate clinical technical sales when directed by RxSight’s Sales Directors for potential prospects, as requested. This position will be responsible for Same-Store-Sales increasing the customers adoption by being a trusted advisor on best practices as measured by new physician utilization and increasing primary physician utilization.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement strategic and tactical plans to increase RxSight Customer penetration of RxSight technology. 
  • Identify and work directly with new Customers to ensure onboarding of technology optimizing RxSight usage. 
  • Identify other opportunities (Doctors, referring OD’s) within the practice/ASC to onboard these individuals to utilize RxSight technology. 
  • Working directly with the customers marketing teams, craft patient education and marketing efforts focused on RxSight Technology. 
  • Implement best in class patient flow within customer site to optimize clinic flow. 
  • Execute customized sales plan for customer sites within a predefined region and execute plans to ensure the highest level of adoption, as measured by increase of RxLAL usage. 
  • Working with Customer’s Co-Management network, onboard, train on RxSight Technology to ensure Co-Managing network optimize for RxLAL patient referrals. 
  • Utilizing RxLAL Usage Reporting actively monitor for trends relating to adoption as a key component of the Sales Plan for existing customers.      
  • Providing shared knowledge transfer and proven techniques for new and existing Customers on best practices for adopting RxSight RxLAL’s. 
  • Collect key data elements from Customers included, but not limited to, cataract volume, percentage of premium, marketing programs, and patient counseling system which will be utilized to develop the above-mentioned sales plan. 
  • Execute RxSight’s key messaging and communication, assist with publications and peer reviewed articles, as required. 
  • Develop and record lessons learned based on post onboarding discussions directly with RxSight field staff and customers for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train ASC Technicians with RxSight’s Injector System post onboarding as requested by ASC’s.     
Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred
  • Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This position will not have immediate supervisory requirements but will be working in an integrated regional team along with sales, clinical, marketing, and technical service personnel. 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Ophthalmic industry 
  • Training to be completed per the training plan for this position as maintained in the document control system
  • The training requirements on TRN-10007 Insider Trading Policy, TRN-10008 Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy and TRN-10009 Code of Business Conducts and Ethics must be diligently completed within 30 days from the hiring date and on an annual basis
