Position SummaryWe're seeking an exceptional account management professional to join our team. Under the direction of the Director of Account Management, the Account Manager will serve a pivotal role in managing short and long-term projects centered around client success and satisfaction, reporting enhancements, and establishing effective internal workflows for providing high-quality care and services to our current and new clients. Through your efforts, you will help clients realize cost savings, improve clinical outcomes, and increase patient satisfaction through Vynca’s Supportive Care and Enhanced Care Management services.
While this position is remote, you must be available to work 8:30-5PM Pacific Time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Vynca solutions and understand how they fit into the healthcare landscape and our client's needs
- Maintain a working knowledge of marketing, sales, and account management functions and an understanding of how each function works together to meet the needs of clients
- Work within the Account Management team to ensure KPIs are being met
- Organize internal stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of critical account set-up activities
- Communicate with external clients on implementation activities, requirements, and timelines
- Lead monthly client data review meetings for Supportive Care and Enhanced Care Management clients
- Act as the liaison between the client and Vynca to ensure all needs are being met as they relate to data, operations, and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Maintain a working knowledge of Vynca’s technology and service offerings
- Support assigned supervisor to complete other tasks as assigned, ongoing
- Coordinate across multiple departments on a variety of projects
Qualifications:
Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- 2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role within the Healthcare industry
- Experience successfully managing and exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to assemble a compelling story in a deck using Google Slides or PowerPoint
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, organizational and collaborative skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic & positive attitude
- Desire to learn and grow within a dynamic, high-growth, and fast-paced environment
- Driven to win and to hit assigned quantitative goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience working in a remote capacity, highly preferred
- Ability to work independently
Preferred
- 3-4 years of Healthcare industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel data analysis tools
- Experience with Google Drive and Google software (Google Slides, docs, etc.)
- Understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM software functions
Compensation and benefits
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on factors such as experience, skills, location, company needs, and market demands.
