Job Description:

  • This is a temporary position starting as soon as 01/06/2025, with a possibility of extension.
  • The preferred candidate will have a background in an advertising agency and experience in account management or project management.
  • Hourly, W2 only;

The Account Manager collaborates with operational clients and internal Merkle execution teams to translate requirements, maintain status, manage to scope, address quality issues, and keep forecast accurate based on project plans. AMs often initiate change orders based on knowledge of execution scope, requirements, and complexities. You will contribute to value perception, client health status, and retention as a primary daily contact managing expectations. You will also act as an ear-to-the-ground, listening for our challenges or changes that are opportunities for us and elevating or funneling those opportunities up to the AD and CP to pursue.

  • Manage daily work according to account vision and retention plans
  • Client-facing during status meeting, 1:1s
  • Identify and funnel opportunities
  • Ensure QC processes in place across account
  • Ensure process documentation and governance
  • Understand project requirements and lead team collaboration to achieve
  • Advise on any skill gaps or staffing issues helping work
  • Manage daily work to scope
  • Provide hours estimates, burn rates etc to inform forecast
  • Maintain projects in D365
  • Ensure teams use accurate project codes in D365
  • Improve billing and revenue recognition accurately.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, and creative/marketing agency.

Additional Information:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.

Eligible for Sick and Safe Time off, and Paid Holidays.
