WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Fors Marsh is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage major activities in support of federal national health communications projects. This individual will work in the Social Marketing Division within the Health Communications Practice. This job is best suited for an individual who has proven experience supporting federal health communications campaigns and projects for the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Experience managing and supporting national health campaigns and working with internal departments (research, creative, and media) is required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting national health communications projects with strategic planning, content and materials development, digital marketing, and engagement and outreach.
  • Supporting project goals and objectives using sound strategies and integrated solutions.
  • Managing multiple concurrent activities, including providing quality control and implementing financial controls.
  • Working collaboratively with team members across the company in research, creative, and media.
  • Conducting client presentations and articulating strategies, recommendations, and next steps.
  • Providing support for corporate business development efforts, including analysis of current channels, partners, or content to inform proposal responses.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience supporting health communications projects and campaigns in a marketing or advertising agency or similar services firm.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing, communication, business, or related disciplines.
  • Experience supporting contracts with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, National Institutes of Health, or Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
  • Proven success managing and supporting multiple project activities with a data-informed, strategic, creative approach.
