Your Role in Our Journey

• Engage with parents and students to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to their tutoring inquiries.
• Guide customers from their first inquiry to their initial trial lesson and beyond, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Match students with the perfect tutors to guarantee optimal learning outcomes.
• Communicate the value of our tutoring packages, convincing families to choose the solution that works best for them.
• Support clients in navigating our platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Highlight and promote our referral program to encourage future growth.

Compensation

• Base salary: €22,000–€25,000 per year.
• Expected commissions: €15,000+ per year.
• Total package: €37,000–€40,000+ per year.
