Account Management Support Rep - Physician Office

Job Summary
Job Summary:Responsible for servicing and managing relationships with existing accounts in the Physician Office division (Urgent Care, Primary Care, Pediatrics, OBGYN, Community Health Centers, Cancer Centers, etc).
Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a book of business for existing accounts.
Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to the organization’s product/service strategies.
Support and work with all dedicated service managers and specialists for assigned accounts.
Manage pricing and service related activities.
Perform cross-referencing activities.
Create and run monthly/quarterly reports as needed.
Respond to escalated issues that may arise; seek additional support from management as needed.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Work Experience:
At least 1 year of account management or sales experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.
Experience identifying, connecting with, building consensus, and closing new business.
Ability to present multiple product lines.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$22.00 - $30.75 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
