Overview:

Are you a high-energy, results-driven Salesperson ready to take your career to the next level? As an Account Executive for Flare you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming the legal industry. You’ll have the opportunity to sell a product that empowers individuals, simplifying complex legal processes and making legal care more accessible. With a pipeline of eager leads and a supportive team, you’ll be empowered to close deals and drive significant revenue growth.   • Dedicated lead pipeline & growth opportunities!
  • Hybrid Schedule: Working remotely Monday & Friday and in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,
  • Salary: $45,000 base salary with a lucrative uncapped commission plan (OTE: $70,000+)

  • Make Your Mark: Master the art of pipeline management, proactively reaching out to hot and warm leads, driving deals to closure with relentless persistence.

  • Team Up for Triumph: Collaborate with legal experts and support teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Conquer Your Targets: Consistently exceed sales quotas, propelling our organization to new heights.
  • Master the Craft: Keep your finger on the pulse of the market, leveraging Salesforce to track every move and optimize your approach.
  • Put in the Effort: Consistently achieve or exceed daily sales quotas through active prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up.

  • Tech-Savvy: Fluent in Salesforce and Google Suite.
  • Legal Knowledge a Plus: But not a deal-breaker.
