Overview:

Are you an SDR or in Door2Door sales and ready to jump into an in-house AE role? THIS IS FOR YOU! As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing a pipeline of hot and warm leads, conducting business-to-client (B2C) legal sales, and adhering to a dedicated lead schedule. Your primary responsibility will be to convert leads into satisfied clients through effective communication, relationship-building, and a deep understanding of our services and financing options.

Working Remotely Monday & Friday - In Office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Salary: $45,000 base salary with a lucrative uncapped commission plan (OTE: ~$70,000+)


What you’ll do:

  • Proactively reach out to assigned hot and warm leads through phone calls and other communication channels to introduce our services and assess their needs.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand prospective clients' legal requirements and demonstrate how our solutions can address their specific needs.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including legal experts and support staff, to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, sales activities, and client information in the CRM system (Salesforce).

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required)
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2C or legal services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on closing deals and driving revenue.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills - Including typing, reading, and navigating the internet are required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite Products.
  • Legal knowledge or experience is a plus but not required.
