Role Overview:
EZ Texting is looking for a passionate Account Executive for our sales team. Your main focus will be ensuring you meet planned goals and coordinating with our lead generation department on pipeline development. You'll own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, working with warm inbound leads and strategic outbound prospects. This is a quota-carrying role where success is defined by meeting revenue goals and creating long-term customer value. You will be expected to do daily activity inputs such as calls & emails, pipeline management, and continuously develop your solution selling skills. Your entrepreneurship will be a valuable contribution to developing EZ Texting’s sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales process from lead qualification to close
- Run compelling discovery calls and tailored product demos
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success for a seamless customer journey
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Deliver clear, consultative solutions to SMB and mid-market customers
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 3+ year history of hitting sales objectives and exceeding quota.
- Strategic selling skills — ability to align technology solutions to complex, multi-stakeholder business needs and utilize strategic thinking skills to solve customer problems.
- Pipeline management expertise: The ability to prioritize high volumes of opportunities, maintain a consistent flow and build a consistent pipeline.
- Strong Discovery & Demo Skills: Ability to uncover customer pain points and deliver tailored, value-driven presentations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication. Skilled in active listening, objection handling, relationship building. Persuasive, clear, and confident in both verbal and written formats.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, solve problems creatively, think on your feet, and be comfortable in new situations working with multiple stakeholders.
- Impeccable organizational and time management skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in MarTech or SMS platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Drift, G-Suite, Dialpad
- Prior experience selling to SMBs and mid-market companies
What We Offer
Compensation:
The starting cash compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000, inclusive of Base Salary + Variable Target, vs base salary only. This position is also eligible for equity & benefits. More information will be shared regarding your specific location during the hiring process.
Our compensation market ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum cash compensation target for new hire compensation for this position based in the US. Exact individual pay is determined by actual location, skills, capabilities and experience in addition to our benchmarking factors.
