Account Executive II
Remote-USA, United States
The Sales Executive II is responsible for all assigned sales activities for Tier I & II accounts. Assignments may be account based, geography based, or a combination of the two. All Financial Systems solutions are available, and the Sales Executive will handle total sales functions from lead generation and follow-up to completed sale. Also responsible for establishing sales forecast and maintaining budgets and expenses related to sales activity. The Sales Executive is responsible for net new business and assigned existing business.
Job Duties
Manages the activity and health of their territory’s sales funnel to ensure successful attainment of their annual Sales Objective.
Responsible for managing the overall relationship between their assigned accounts and Deluxe payments group.
Proficient in presenting all Deluxe Payment solutions.
Works with VP of Sales to develop an annual territory plan outlining critical areas of focus and activities to ensure attainment of their annual sales objective.
Provides territory and opportunity updates per management direction to demonstrate progress towards closing specific opportunities and achievement of annual Sales Objective.
Basic Qualifications (BQs)
Education and Experience: Bachelors in Business and 3 years experience or HS/GED and 7 years experience in sales.
Knowledge of industry trends. Proficient in the use of Microsoft CRM, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
Experience: + 3 years of sales experience within the Payments Industry or selling complex Outsourcing and Software solutions
New account development sales experience within the payments industry. Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills. Strong analytical/mathematical skills.

Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.Benefits
