About the Role

Mangomint is looking for a high energy and tech savvy Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is best suited for people who are passionate about helping small businesses, specifically salon and spa owners, become more profitable, and have a track record of sales excellence.

As an Account Executive at Mangomint you will:

  • Become an expert in the Mangomint product and the industry we serve so you can advise salon and spa owners in a high-trust manner

  • Manage the full sales process from lead to closed opportunity, including conducting discovery calls/texts and product demonstrations

  • Maintain and nurture a strong sales pipeline

  • Sell on the value for our customers rather than technical functionality/features

  • Act as the voice of our customers, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement

  • Collaborate closely with our onboarding team to deliver a seamless experience from demo to launch

  • Go above and beyond to deliver and exceed your quota to help your teammates and company succeed

  • Work EST business hours

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in software sales (preferably high-volume SMB SaaS with closing experience)

  • Consultative, customer-first sales approach

  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM

  • Confident interacting with new people over the phone, text, video and in person

  • Proven history of professional success

  • Commitment to professional growth and development

  • Strong sales acumen, time management and organizational skills

  • You thrive working in a high velocity environment

  • Experience with small service based businesses (think selling to or working in a salon or spa) is a major plus
