This role will report into the VP, Client Leadership. A successful candidate will champion strategically and creatively sharp work, be a true partner to clients, show a passion for the brand and category, and easily navigate a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Lead teams through strategic development, timeline development, creative ideation, production, and flawless execution across several large-scale, 360 projects (10-15 happening concurrently)
Maintain day-to-day relationship with mid-level clients with weekly check-ins to discuss general updates and pain points, health of the relationship, etc. and escalate to VP as needed
Manage and provide strategic direction to an AS and AE on a variety of projects from client input to delivery, coaching the team on how to manage the client relationships, problem solve and support the work
Anticipate project and/or client needs to always be one step ahead of what needs to be accomplished – always lead with a solution-oriented mindset to be true partners to our clients
Lead and oversee all account operations as it relates to the business of the agency, working in partnership with Account VP & other AD on the team to review hours for burn and monthly reporting, track incoming projects against yearly scope/reconcile monthly for clients, manage SOW updates and assist with team planning/resourcing
Identify opportunities to improve process for overall account and work with necessary departments to implement and document said process
Provide honest and valuable counsel to agency team
Create applicable development plans for direct reports
Inspire agency and client confidence and seek opportunities to advance the client relationship, bringing forward new ideas and value to projects wherever possible
Fuel agency culture and progress
Qualifications:
Account team leader/senior client advisor
Experience in 360 campaigns including social, email, digital, direct mail, videos and print
8 years of integrated agency account management experience
The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375 (semi-monthly). Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
