Account Development Representative

Location: US remote

Hours: 9am-6pm EST.

Due to Snappy employees being in Tel Aviv, London and across the US, we schedule all company-wide meetings and events in EST. We do our best to respect and accommodate your personal time, but please know that there will be company-wide meetings and events that will be held in EST.

Compensation: We feel passionately about transparency in compensation. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $60,000, with a target bonus up to 15K, paid out quarterly, as well as other monthly incentives!

Snappy is looking for a sales-focused, strategic, and collaborative individual to join our team as an Account Development Representative. As a member of our ADR Team, you’re at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts - contacting professionals across industries with the goal of generating qualified meetings for our sales team. 

You’ll fill a key role in expanding our pipeline and launching Snappy in new markets; these leads are the lifeblood of our sales pipeline and the growth of Snappy!

 

You Will:

 

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels like cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting.
  • Research and qualify leads to identify potential customers who are a good fit for our products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to effectively connect with prospects and generate buying interest.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape.
  • Work with tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Lusha to discover leads

You have:

 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role (or equivalent demonstrable skills)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals or targets in a previous role
  • An infectious passion for sales
  • A history of learning new tools and the ability to pick up new things quickly
  • A competitive spirit
  • A knack for finding ways to motivate yourself and team members
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to develop business in new and existing accounts is a plus
  • A Bachelor’s degree 
  • Experience in SFDC and Outreach, Yesware, or Salesloft is a plus!
