ZenToes - eCommerce Ops Specialist

I’m Jacob, and I’m leading the e-commerce side of ZenToes. We’re a growing business focused on helping people feel more comfortable every day - literally! We specialize in foot care products designed to ease pain, improve mobility, and keep our customers moving with confidence. Our products are trusted by thousands, and we’re always working to expand our reach and improve our offerings.

Right now, we need an extra pair of hands to help streamline our operations. We’ve got big plans, and I want someone who’s excited to take ownership of key e-commerce tasks, figure things out, and make sure our online stores are running smoothly.

We’re looking for an eCommerce Operations Specialist who can be detail-oriented and proactive in keeping our online stores running efficiently. You’ll be responsible for making sure our Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify accounts are healthy, resolving any issues that come up, and maintaining a clean and organized product catalog across all marketplaces.

More specifically, in this role, you will:

🚀 Manage account health and ensure compliance across e-commerce platforms
🔧 Resolve issues, cases, and performance notifications on Seller Central
📦 Maintain and optimize product listings using flat files and variations
📊 Conduct regular audits to ensure all marketplace accounts are in top shape
🛍️ Oversee store page management to maintain brand consistency

Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role, ideally working 9 AM - 5 PM EST, but we can be flexible if needed.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

✅ Experience with Amazon Seller Central backend operations
✅ Strong knowledge of Amazon listing optimization and flat file management
✅ Merchandising experience to improve product visibility
✅ Expertise in case resolution and performance notification appeals

Brownie points for:

⭐ Experience with Walmart, Shopify, or other e-commerce marketplaces
⭐ Familiarity with Brand Registry and listing protections
⭐ Knowledge of click-through-rate and conversion rate optimization

We’re looking for someone who’s analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive about solving problems. You should be a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively, adapt to new challenges, and take initiative when needed. If you love diving into data, optimizing processes, and figuring things out, you’ll fit right in!
