The EVAAS Live/Face-to-Face Training Team is responsible for developing and delivering live trainings and resources to help educators make informed decisions that positively impact students. We strive for trainings that are informative, engaging, and meaningful. We enjoy interacting with people, and as such, our team prioritizes coming into the office 2-3 days a week when possible.
As an intern, you might:
- Contribute ideas for innovative training as part of a boisterous and passionate team of educators
- Develop and update training resources in formats such as PowerPoint, Publisher, Word, and various eLearning platforms
- Design announcement flyers
- Develop registration forms and monitor registrations
- Compose welcoming emails to participants
- Support delivery of webinars or live training as needed
Required Qualifications
- Degree Type: Associates, Bachelor’s, Master’s,
- Targeted majors: All Education majors
- You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating prior to December 2025.

- Attention to detail—No one is perfect, but you have perfectionist tendencies
- Have strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
- You enjoy collaboration and brainstorming with your team to produce exceptional training
- Be a leader. You’re the one sitting in the front row of the class.
- Proficient with Microsoft application suite
- You’re a college student enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating prior to December 2025.
- Work Hours: Available to work 15-20 hours per week during the academic year and full-time hours during the summer of 2025.
- Passion for helping all students reach their potential
- Quick to learn and use various forms of technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching in K-12 Public Schools

Location
This internship will be a hybrid position based in Cary, NC, with the option to be fully remote.
Internship dates:
May 20 – August 8, 2025: Full-time during the Summer (35hr/week)
August 9 and onward: Part-Time during the school semester (15-20hr/week)

Pay Transparency: The hourly rate for SAS internships is determined by the applicant’s year in school and the position they are hired into. Hourly rates range from $15 – $31 for associate’s/bachelor’s level positions and $29 - $49/hour for master’s/Ph.D positions. Internship roles are not eligible for bonus.
