POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service by providing Yardi support and training to employees. As a Yardi Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our property management operations, leveraging your expertise in Yardi software, accounting, and property management. Responsible for prioritizing work, ensuring defined service level agreements are kept and engaging our customer base to ensure satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide primary Yardi support (including user access, routine ticket requests and accounting related questions, problems, solutions) for corporate offices, property and home office employees.
- Participate in coordination of upgrades/patches/enhancements to Yardi software, advise on training needs; perform testing.
- Attend meetings as requested by management to provide information related to Dominium software in use.
- Support accounting processes, including rent payments, deposit accounting, and PAYscan, using Yardi software.
- Monitor and maintain property records, financial data, and tenant information within the Yardi system.
- Attend software training courses and conferences as that enhance knowledge relevant to position.
- Work on special projects that arise.
- Participate in Year End operations such as CRP’s or any other procedure or task that may arise.
- Timely and regular attendance.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent combinations of education and/or experience.
- Possess knowledge of accounting basics. Knowledge of property management and Yardi software products is desirable.
- Fluent and proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Mathematical and technical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Need to be able to work well with computers and software to research, recommend, software needs.
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must reside in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NE, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI.
PAY RANGE:
- $25 - $27 / hour
