Job Description:

As the Workfront Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Workfront solutions for enterprise clients. We are looking for expertise in Adobe Workfront (3-5 years), Workfront Fusion (1-2 years), and a working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support integration efforts across content and workflow management platforms. You will have to interpolate complex workflows and business processes and experience integrating Workfront with third-party and Adobe platforms via Fusion.

This is a remote-friendly position reporting to Business Analyst Director.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead requirements gathering sessions with clients to analyze, document, and interpret complex business workflows and translate them into Workfront solutions.
  • You will design and implement Workfront configurations tailored to business needs, including custom dashboards, reports, request queues, and automation.
  • You will use Workfront Fusion to integrate Workfront with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), third-party platforms, and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • You will develop automated workflows, approval processes, and API-driven integrations to improve productivity.
  • You will provide best practice recommendations on Workfront governance, user roles, and operational efficiency.
  • You will conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users, ensuring successful adoption and change management.
  • You will collaborate with technical teams, Workfront system administrators, and stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support.
  • You will identify opportunities for process improvement, applying Workfront’s automation and reporting capabilities to lead efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar).
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Workfront, including configuration, workflow design, and user training.
  • 1+ years of experience with Workfront Fusion, including hands-on experience integrating Workfront with third-party applications.
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including workflow integration and process automation.
  • Experience analyzing, interpreting, and optimizing complex workflows and business processes.
  • Experience with API integrations and system automation within enterprise environments.
  • Explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
  • Prior experience in a consulting role, working with enterprise clients on Workfront and AEM implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience with Workfront Fusion integrations involving third-party systems, including API-based and automation-driven connectivity between Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and collaboration software.
  • Experience facilitating requirements-gathering workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

The annual salary range for this position is$78,000 - $126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
