Job SummaryThis Workforce Solutions position is responsible for working with leadership and team members to identify opportunities to improve or enhance the work environment and help business leaders identify effective solutions for addressing corrective action and conflict resolution. Team members also participate in development and administration of HR policies, procedures, and tools to effectively support business leaders with promoting positive employee relations. Team members must also investigate and/or address all aspects of employee grievances.Telecommute:
This is a Telecommute (Remote) role: Must reside within 250 miles of the office or anywhere within the posted state.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4-6 years in human resources, preferably, employee relations, or closely related field.
- Counseling, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures and federal and state employment and labor laws.
- Ability to identify issues

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
