Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for a Workforce Scheduling Specialist I to join our team.

This position is remote at this time with potential travel into a FreedomCare hub closest to you for meetings and/or collaboration.

Department & Position Overview: 

Workforce Schedulers will assist in the centralized scheduling process for park associates. They are responsible for all scheduling functions and Verint administration, which includes determining optimal schedule patterns for our teams.  

 Every day You Will: 

  •  Administer our scheduling process (via Verint) and support any schedule exceptions (i.e. OOO, meetings, projects, transfers, etc. or ad-hoc schedule requests). 
  • Identify potential gaps in scheduled coverage and present recommendations to department management and recruiting.  
  • Collaborate and work with management to generate and modify schedules to ensure coverage and optimal service levels. 
  • Work with our operations managers to balance and/or reassign caseloads when employees are out of office or are no longer serving our customers. 
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with our employees, leaders, and other departments as necessary to coordinate workforce deployment and schedules 
  • Other duties may be assigned. 

  Ideal Candidate Will Possess: 

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred, but not required 
  • 1 plus years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Knowledge of telephony, WFM and CRM systems required (Verint and Salesforce experience is a plus) 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred; basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word) required 
  • Time management and task prioritization; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities 
  • Detail-oriented, inquisitive, enjoys problem-solving, flexible and adaptable to a changing and evolving environment 
  • Proven ability to roll up your sleeves and make a contribution quickly 
  • Operates from a perspective of truly caring about and creating value for our stakeholders (internal and external) 
  • Team player capable of working effectively and collaborating with people from a diversity of backgrounds and/or opinions

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $19.00 and $24.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
