  • $47,000-$50,000 annual, Exempt

Purpose of Position

Creates and delivers behavioral health workforce-related to include webinars and product/resource development. Assists in the development and delivery of online and in-person workforce training and TA events including working with consultants on the development of training content and materials, networking with providers in the region, and community outreach.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and Manage Delivery of webinars and products/resources.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key regional stakeholders, partners, and collaborators to amplify our organization's reach and impact.
  • Creates and delivers behavioral health workforce-related content to include webinars and product/resource development.
  • Identify, approach, select, and support speakers to deliver webinars and products/resources.
  • Coordinate payment of speakers and consultants for the grant at UND and track expenses.
  • Host webinars and other events.
  • Send and track GPRA and other assessments of our effectiveness and collaborate with partners to report information to SAMHSA. 
  • Coordinate Workforce Training and Networking.
  • Assists in the development and delivery of online and in-person workforce training and TA events including working with consultants on the development of training content and materials.
  • Networking with providers in the region, and community outreach.
  • Attend online and in-person meetings.
  • Contribute to design and delivery of innovative workforce development strategies.
  • Support the preparation and dissemination of written/printed materials.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree public health, social work, psychology, sociology, human development, or related field.
  • Experience in event planning and marketing
  • Experience with various computer applications related to project/database management, email processing (e.g., Microsoft Office and Google Suite),
  • Experience with development of documents and educational presentations.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in public health, social work, psychology, sociology, human development, or related field.
  • Experience working in the field of substance use disorder prevention, treatment, harm reduction, or recovery support
