Summary of Job Duties:

This position functions as the Workday Student Admissions Analyst on the Workday Student team with Workday Support Services/Project One. Reporting to the Recruitment/Admissions Functional Lead, the Workday Student Admissions Analyst duties include, but are not limited to, becoming knowledgeable about Workday functionality and navigation, documenting existing processes, contributing to the design and configuration of new business processes, testing new and existing processes and developing training and communication materials. Completes hands-on functional and technical project activities and provides guidance to System resources. Demonstrates and explains key product features, documents requirements and design, provides knowledge transfer to the project team, configures the corresponding functionality, and assists in testing and supporting the implementation of new or updates to existing Workday functionality.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The educational equivalent of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
  • At least one year of experience working in admissions
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and travel throughout the State to various UA campuses to support any new acquisitions or ongoing training support needed by the campuses.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in assessing, revising, implementing and supporting student admission and recruiting business processes
  • Experience with change management related to recruitment/admissions management ERP systems or other large enterprise system deployments

  • Knowledge of the process being transformed and an understanding of how the process/system integrates with other processes and initiatives
