Position Summary

This position ensures that MultiCare maintains compliance with all requirements and operations by providing support for existing systems and processes. This includes providing expert knowledge in implementing, maintaining, testing and configuration within Workday. This position collaborates with other areas, such as HRIS, IS&T functions, HP, Payroll and Talent Acquisition to provide support as required.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for day to day issue resolution with existing systems and processes within Workday and Adaptive.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate Workday report creation and delivery.
  • Supports position management with entering new headcount requisitions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provides testing support for new system configuration and processes.
  • Conducts routine audits of processes and procedures to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Workday experience.
  • Workday specialist within payroll are required to have Workday Pro certification

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $86,944.00 - $125,091.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
