Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Workday Security Analyst to manage and optimize the security configuration of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and other related modules. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our Workday platform is secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational needs. This position requires a strong understanding of Workday security structures, role-based access controls (RBAC), and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data.Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain Workday security roles and access controls.
- Manage security groups, domains, and business processes within the Workday environment.
- Conduct periodic audits of security configurations to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to define and implement security requirements.
- Support end-users by troubleshooting access issues and ensuring proper security configurations.
- Analyze security processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports related to user access, security incidents, and audit findings.
- Stay informed about Workday updates, releases, and security enhancements.
- Test and validate security configurations during Workday releases and system updates.
- Workday HCM and/or Security Pro Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience working with Workday security, including HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials.
- Proven expertise in role-based access controls and security group configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
