Vantage Data Centers is seeking an experienced Workday Lead Analyst to join our HR team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations, reports, and configurations to support our HR and Finance functions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Workday, a strong understanding of HR and Finance processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.ÂEssential Job FunctionsÂ
System Maintenance and Support:Â
Support and test Workday modules, including Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Performance and Reporting, Adaptive Planning/Finance.Â
Maintain Workday business processes and security configurations.Â
Create and maintain calculated fields, condition rules, and custom reports to meet business requirements.Â
Prepare configurations for deployment through unit testing and facilitation of user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams. Â
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of Workday systems.Â
Perform regular system audits, data validations, âŚ
