Our Digital Transformation Consulting Division (DTD) specializes in high-end consulting that is solving the federal government’s hardest problems by delivering performance-based and outcome-driven digital transformation solutions. This position is 100% remote.

  

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Workday Developer. The objective of this program is to transition to HCM system to support learning management operations, leverage advanced analytics, streamline competency management, and provide a user-centric approach to facilitate personalized learning experiences.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leads team providing technical process design services to customers to include collecting and analyzing data, developing solutions, and making recommendations to improve organizational productivity
  • Collects information about what customer organizations do, their primary goals, and how they operate
  • Identifies existing and potential issues for customers to include identifying inconsistencies, redundancies, or inefficiencies in various aspects of the organization, and makes recommended adjustments to resolve or prevent them
  • Works closely with customer process owners, senior leaders, and other team members to address the opportunities for improvement identified and makes suggestions for how customers can operate more efficiently and effectively
  • Leads analysis of alternatives for improving organizations and technical processes and develops comprehensive documenting strategies to help organize and record new processes
  • Creates standard operating procedures for customers to follow in support of improved technical processes
  • Orchestrates coordination between stakeholders, end users, and technical teams and performs planning and facilitation of stakeholder meetings


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in technical consulting, particularly with a focus on Workday implementation projects
  • Strong grasp of technical process mapping processes and documentation
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skills in data management and analytics, including experience with databases and data integration tools
  • Workday Pro certifications

Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

    The projected compensation range for this position is $130,500-$217,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
