This will be a remote role with the fixed term contract running through to the end of January 2026

SALARY: up to £59K per annum

What will I be doing as Workday Configuration Analyst?
Your primary responsibility will be to support the ongoing development, optimisation, and adoption of Workday at Chubb Fire & Security.
Responsibilities will include:
- Own a portion of recruiting and HCM configuration updates, ensuring they are tested and thoroughly documented.
- Collaborate with HRIS Configurators to unit and regression test new and existing Workday functionality.
- Contribute to the design of scalable business processes and offer input to improve configuration efficiency.
- Support documentation across system updates, bugs, upgrades, and release cycles.
- Assist senior configurators with requirements gathering, prioritisation, and solution design.
- Maximise use of Workday features while balancing standard vs custom configuration needs.
- Develop and deliver training on HR Technology to increase adoption
- Address complex questions from employees and other members of the team
What we would like you to bring to the role:
- Hands-on experience configuring business processes in Workday
- Working knowledge of both HCM and Recruiting modules highly desirable
- Solid understanding of Workday business process framework and ability to make direct configuration changes.
- Interest in HRIS and digital HR transformation, with an awareness of key vendors and trends in the space.
- Working knowledge of other Workday modules is a plus.
- Familiarity with Workday security, EIBs, reporting, and testing.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
