Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact for all Workday tickets in ServiceNow 

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday to support Payroll, Finance, Legal, People Business Partner on a recurrent and ad hoc basis.

  • Implement, support, and administer HR technology

  • Perform functional system administrator duties to maintain day to day operations 

  • Actively identify & resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement


Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or relevant area of study

  • 3+ years of Workday functional configuration experience

  • Experience with Workday HCM, Advanced Reporting and Security is essential

  • Proven history of managing confidential information in a professional manner

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Good attention to detail

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $119,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
