Job Description

Position Title: Workday Administrator

Reports to: HCM Manager

Department: Technology

Work Location: Philippines (Remote), US (Remote)

Work Schedule: 7 AM - 4 PM PST

LanguageLine Solutions, the Global leader of Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Translations services, is looking for an experienced Workday Administrator. This is a multi-faceted position that requires strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work across teams delivering results in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative, team environment to standardize our approach to service management across services. In addition, the individual will possess the ability to solve business challenges with technology while establishing long-term solutions to improve the quality and delivery of our services.

Essential Functions

The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Core HCM, and support & implement custom integrations.

  • Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations as well as new integrations

  • Will evaluate configurations that the implementation partners have completed.

  • Must be able to provide recommendations and an overall test strategy.

  • Will work closely with the Workday support and implementation teams.

  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

  • Support LLS’ Quality Management System (QMS) to continually improve the Division’s processes, procedures, and services; and thereby increase efficiency, productivity, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salary for this role is listed below. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this location. Experience and education refers to LanguageLine Solutions’ current salary range for this position. US (Remote) pay range is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 USD annually with a target bonus potential of 22% base salar

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

Additional Functions

  • Configure and implement Business Process changes in Workday.

  • Drive the deployment of feature releases and system maintenance, ensuring business requirements are met.

  • Provide support for internal Workday users.

  • Possess a solid understanding of data imports/exports in Workday.

  • Support the business with complex reporting and analytics requests.

  • Facilitated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance testing.

Qualifications

  • 3+ Years Workday HCM experience.

  • Experience supporting Workday integrations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with technical and business resources.

  • Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

  • Understanding of HR business processes and operations required.

  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into operational requirements.

  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.

  • Ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with highly confidential data.
