Wholesale Assistant (Data Entry) with Shopify - WFH - Dayshift

About the Role

As a Wholesale Assistant, you will report directly to the Australian-based Wholesale Manager. In this role, You will be responsible for preparing wholesale orders for new collections, generating labels, invoices, and order summaries, and maintaining order forms with regular updates. Additionally, you will assist in gathering and organizing information for events, managing large-scale data entry, and supporting production-related tasks. To ensure a high standard of service delivery, you will proactively identify solutions, streamline processes, and collaborate effectively with the team to achieve business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Wholesale Manager and Wholesale Coordinator.
• Assist in drafting wholesale orders for new collections.
• Generate labels, order summaries, and invoices, and regularly maintain and update order forms.
• Collate relevant information for events as needed.
• Perform extensive data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with the onboarding of new wholesale accounts and integrate new customers and companies into Shopify.

Position Prerequisites
 

• At least 3- 5 years of experience in a similar or related position.
• Experience in Shopify Plus is a must.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
• Experience with e-commerce is highly preferred.
• A background in the fashion or clothing industry is essential.
• Experience with production or wholesale setup is beneficial.
