In this full-time position, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting veterans and their families by providing essential information on benefits programs and services designed specifically for them. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations with veterans to assess their financial needs and explain available benefit programs, including policy features, coverage options, and premium costs.
• Offer ongoing customer service by addressing inquiries, processing policy updates, and assisting with claims.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through periodic check-ins to review their needs and adjust policies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations by maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
