Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide ongoing service to policyholders by addressing inquiries, assisting with policy changes, and managing claims.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, periodically reviewing their needs and offering policy updates.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies by maintaining accurate documentation of all client interactions and transactions.
